John Wheeler walked into a Wilmington, Delaware sandwich shop less than 24 hours before he was killed and had super bloodshot eyes, according to the person who sold him coffee. The clerk, who did not want to be identified, says he thought Wheeler was homeless and that clearly something was wrong.
"His eyes were the most bloodshot I have ever seen, he told Fox News, saying that it appeared he had been wearing the same clothes for a long time, because the cuffs on his white shirt were filthy. But the clerk said when Wheeler started to talk, he appeared to interact normally and was mentally aware, ordering a cup of coffee. He told us he did not appear to be confused and disoriented as others have said, and that he sold him coffee at about 8 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, December 30th....

Ok, that fits.
Jaw dropping stuff to say the least. Still no cause of death huh?
LE is giving us street witness stuff....and most of it means very little...in fact...it shows what crappy observers we are...
Why did only ONE person report the big red eyes??
He said his briefcase was stolen...Was he trying to get back to the scene of the crime to recover it??
Was he seen with one shoe in his hand by anyone or just in the video??
We need a friggin' blackboard and the TRUTH from the FBI....It's not going to happen...
They’re comparing the bullet to their files as we write....
Maybe he ditched the cell phone if he didn’t want to be tracked.
Mugged....They thought he was dead...John went looking for muggers....found them...they shot him and got him to A dumpster...Maybe the alley and/or containers have blood evidence....
Did they ever find his cell? The briefcase was stolen.
Here’s a link to the Gen.Tom McInerney-Megyn Kelley video, he sounds convinced that this was a professional hit...

On Christmas eve, a friend drove John to a train station. John was going to New York with his wife's Christmas present. So John was with his wife before he left for his business meeting??
This is the first article where wifie gets mentioned as seeing him RECENTLY....Everywhere else, it implies that she's been away...
I just read where he phoned from his wife’s NYC apartment telling a friend he was stuck because of the snow storm on the 26th. He phoned his lawyer on the 27th, still out of town. Friends said he was a rabid e-mailer and they were surprised when nobody heard from him after Army won their Bowl game cause he was a huge Cadet football fan.
Maybe he got cold and crawled into a dumpster to get warm and died in there.
maybe she was a spy and had gotten all she needed from him
The dumpster was 10+ miles from where he had been seen and his car was still in the parking lot.
His wife.
I tell you....WIFE hired a hitman...(Make it look like a mugging)
Noticed a picture of him where his tie was undone but hanging around his neck...and we're creatures of habit...
Did he have a tie on originally?? Did they strangle him originally...with his own tie...and leave him for dead....Strangulation can cause those red eyes.....
He was gonna find the little bas***** himself but when he did....they just plain shot him...So did anyone hear it?? Not if fireworks were going off......and birds were dropping from the sky...
TOD: 12012011 (Does that work?)
If one survives a strangulation?
Wouldn't there have been red strangulation marks on his neck that witnesses could have seen?
"He was gonna find the little bas***** himself but when he did....they just plain shot him..."
Why would he look for his attackers if they were lowly thugs? Wouldn't he go to the police for that?
I would think if it wasn't a regular mugging, he'd try to get to safety ASAP and work from there.
Or it was in the truck before the route began???
