Is Michelle Obama pregnant?

If the gossip blogs and websites are to be believed, then the White House could be welcoming a new arrival in July this year, despite Michelle telling chat show host Ellen DeGeneres in 2008: 'I think I'm done. I think our third child is this [the Presidential] campaign.'

So has Michelle changed her mind? If the web is to be believed, then the Obama's are most definitely about to announce new baby news - or not...

Michelle Obama will be 47 years old on January 17.

The recently deceased Elizabeth Edwards underwent fertility treatments at age 48 and 50 to have 2 children. Then she died of breast cancer a few years later. Related or coincidence?

It wouldn’t be a good idea for Michelle to do the same thing.

Yes, over age 40 it is less likely for women to get pregnant. I’ve heard the natural pregnancy rate is about 10% for women over 40, however, I’m not sure of that. That does not include fertility assistance.
