Despite Johnson’s turning his back on such a fundamental liberty as the right to own property, the Republican establishment apparently sees nothing wrong with putting Johnson in charge of a subcommittee that, as stated in Illinois’ News-Gazette, “deals with issues such as rural development programs…and family farming matters.”

So the GOP establishment, is actually a branch of the DNC.

That explains the Punch and Judy show they've been putting on for the last 50 years.

Some actually think we have two parties but if you are committed to individual liberty and economic freedom both ensured by enforcing the rule of law, applied equally to all, you soon realize the parties only difference is the speed which we arrive at utopia.

That’s what I have been saying for the last few years. Did I do it to piss off FReepers or was I trying to wake them up to what’s happening in America?

Denial is NOT a damn river in Egypt. It is a character trait of FReepers.

I just read the link, duh.

Puke.

If this is a hint of what the new R controlled House is going to be like, then it’s obvious that the ballot box didn’t work.

Might be a method to their madness. If they have a chairmanship, they can have it taken away. If they have nothing to lose then they can vote the way they please.

"Go Mitt. Go RomneyCARE. "

Another stinking RomneyBOT.
I have had it with the GOP.
Not one of them has gotten the message.

Timothy V. Johnson is a declared RINO RomneyBOT

"And according to opensecrets.org, guess who was
the number one donor to Johnson’s 2004 campaign?
You guessed it. Lawyers. $32,458."

“Denial is NOT a damn river in Egypt. It is a character trait of FReepers.”

I must differ. The TEA Party folks just got in, and still have to finish up what is, effectively, a hostile takeover of the Republican Party. 80 years of creeping communism won’t be erradicated overnight.

The very rules that slow down the purging of commies-in-congress were put there for good reason by teh Founders. They also helped slow Obama.

America WILL rid itself of socialism, count on it.

“First, the Republicans reward Michigan Rep. Fred Upton for banning the light bulb, by putting him in charge of energy. Now they reward Illinois Rep. Tim Johnson for voting against farmers’ property rights, by putting him in charge of–-you guessed it–-farming.”

RINO C-SKRS

A lot of people don’t remember that FR coined the term ‘RINO’.

The term is seeping into the political culture with a bigger bang than we all probably imagined it would at the time.

The times weren’t so desperate as they are now, though.

Time correction....Since Teddy Roosevelt's presidency...they have their "One Nation Order" now they are trying to take it international and make it "One World Order".

Just watch the newbies cave. (But I'm willing to be surprised, and support them them if they stand up against the system...)

They might want to get used to the term TFR. Tar feathers, and rope.

Because that will be the next step for these bastards.
