Texas is not a wise place to rob a bank. If you kill someone, we'll kill you right back.
I wish more states thought like that.

Back in the 1970’s when I was a teenager there was a bank that was robbed on a regular basis less than a mile from my home. I've had a phobia about entering them ever since and will use drive through if I have to go to one. I just about had a panic attack when I went to get a safety deposit box.
(P.S. Thank God for direct deposit paychecks!)

Amen.
It’s sad to live near a place where you have to carry pepper spray to go shopping. Nothing is safe day or night.
I was shocked walking into the bank here. I had never been in a bank that had safety glass and an armed guard. That’s all it took for me. I never went back.
I don’t even use an ATM machine. I make my husband do it.

Shreveport, La? I did not know that. What is going on with the police or FBI people there?

No, that hostage situation is going on in Texas although a bank was robbed here this morning. And yesterday. And the day before. I think the day before that.
That’s why I don’t go to any bank.

The bank manager was shot. Life flight was called but waived off and the bank manager was taken to the hospital via ground transportation. Apparently he was not seriously hurt because on the scanner they just said that he is out of the hospital and at the police command center on site. Good news.

I have a ‘limited’ carry permit....
if I am going to take out more than a couple of hundred out of the bank....I carry.

My husband does too.
Since he travels a lot to rural places, he feels the need. I’m not confident enough to carry anything but pepper spray.
He is very much like you, he is not afraid.

Chase Bank robbery?
Hope the hostages all get out of this safe...
That being said, I have *zero* sympathy for the corrupt banksters in today's America.

The Texas GOP has too many stinking open-border RINOs like Kay Bailey, Cornyn and Rick Perry.
