Hiya sweetie...not to bad at all but COLD! LOL

It’s going to drop below freezing tonight which is very unusual for us.

Sent the boys to ACE to buy “plant blankets” to cover all the flower beds. I think we cleared them out with the last eight but they were big so we could cut some up.

Now I’ve a pot of chili on the stove & a fire log burning so it really feels like the holidays!:)

And how was your day? *hugs*

“Hello from Idaho......3F”

I guess I won’t complain about the weather here in San Jose, where it’s a balmy 50. :) Still colder than I’m used to, though, especially with the furnace on the blink.

I am SO proud of you!

It makes me crazy when neglected & tattered flags are not replaced!

There is a property next to us that does that. I have taken a flag over to their HOA & asked that they replace it & give me the old one for the Scouts. So disrespectful.

Thank you for your service ExSoldier & Happy New Year!

Actually I have a three day weekend & I’m totally stoked! LOL

I have many projects to work on & have to put up the Christmas decor so the extra time is helpful.

We have freeze warnings for the next three nights.

Arw you all getting tomorrow off? *hugs*

Thank You!

I noticed in the lovely little town of New Smyrna Beach FL, the flag in front of the POST OFFICE, was so tattered it was nearly ribbons. I happened to be walking by doing a photo shoot of the old buildings, but I stopped and went into the Post Office to express (politely) my displeasure at the condition of their flag.
They promised to replace it right away.

The town itself is not at fault. In New Smyrna there is an entire street dedicated to the Victims of 9/11/01.

Thank you for being one of the People Who Are Not Afraid to SPEAK UP for our Flag!

It was GREAT!
Santa (And Hanukkah Harry) has given many of my students new and wonderful instruments.

Several new guitars, keyboards, Electric Pianos, and a DRUM SET, for a little boy I have been teaching since he was 3.

Another boy got an Epiphone Les Paul Special Electric Guitar, which he richly deserved due to his intense practicing.

The only difference between an Epiphone Les Paul and a Gibson Les Paul, is that the Gibson is made by HAND in the USA. (That’s what I play!)
