LOL, this would have been a good Idea before the Civil War. Now?

Authorization for Bill 1X: 14th Amendment.

Authorization for Bill 2X: 14th Amendment.

Authorization for Bill 3X: 14th Amendment.

Authorization for Bill 4X: 14th Amendment.

Authorization for Bill 5X: 14th Amendment.

Authorization for Bill 6X: 14th Amendment.

...

Although this will draw attention to That Which Shall Not Be Noticed.

So that's good.

How dare you write about that which should not be noticed, how do you expect the Congress to retain its superior powerful hold on this country if we talk about that which we should not talk about and notice that which should never be noticed.

Instead of making them simply make a statement, make them write a defense of each portion of the law based on the intent of the people who wrote and ratified it.
