Agree, and I might add envy and hate to those as well. All destructive emotions. I have seen lives destroyed by those emotions and I vow to never let it happen to me.

Besides this, there are several cases making their way through NC that will add to the list.And unless he is paying a judge (entirely possible in the dem machine)there would most likely be a guardian appointed, the best choice being the children’s oldest sibling.

We have John breaking one of the big ten - adultery and creating all the usual mayhem on love - the greatest love available on earth - family love. Then we have Liz cursing him and refusing to forgive him on her death bed - the central commandment Jesus gave of Christians - forgive as I forgive you...
Who knows what will happen with all this but it is a good lesson for us all to be true to love above all else. Beyond that, life is nonsense.

And it might mean one parent loses to another parent in a custody proceeding,, But she’s dead now. They only have one parent. It’s a very different thing to try to STRIP the sole parent of parental rights and give them over to a nonparent.

Lots of wills are challenged easily. There are also provisions that children are not to be used as tools of revenge,,etc. J Edwards will bat her vindictive will away like a gnat. She went too far,, a minor revenge would have stood, but she went for all the marbles.
I stopped reading this bogus piece of so-called journalism where it asserted that she told him on her deathbed that she would never forgive him. I understood Mrs. Edwards to be a strong Christian woman and as such she had to be aware of Jesus admonition that whatever you bind on earth you will bind in heaven and that you must forgive others in order to receive God’s forgiveness. She had to have forgiven him. End of story.

I went to supposedly the more cultured and genteel northern Italy with the superstitions, fears of the befana, etc.
I went to an old villa estate on a hill in the late afternoon. It was sort of creepy. You could have filmed a vampire movie that late afternoon in the winter.
An old lady came out who was a caretaker. She appeared out of nowhere - it was bizarre. The Italian woman with us almost ran in fear and she turned white. She later kept saying the woman was the befana.

Not being privy to the mounds of stuff she has stored up on him for just such a challenge I can’t say. Politically, the women of the state, all the pro-abortion feminazis, including the current governor, loved Liz Edwards, not so much John boy. NC is not like, say, Brooklyn.
Done saying, just my opinion, and experience in NC. And, except for the remaining kids who did not buy this ticket, I could care less for either of them, period. They were socialist scum of the worst order, and we have obama because of them, and patsy McCain.
