From a public area, no. But woe to any in the MSM who publish them. Likely punished by pulling press credentials of one or more of their reporters and banishing them to the back of any press conference.

They have other ways to harass, too. One of our newbie FR members reports being visited by the Secret Service for critical opinions of Obama posted on FR. Very, very scary.

Yep, and they have the power to do this too.
