“there’s no one in power to enforce the trademark.”??? They just don’t get it. That’s the whole idea. The people will enforce the trademark! People like this believe that government needs to enforce everything. Especially the government. They want control but are going to find out that it’s impossible as long as we have our freedoms.
I think we should be concentrating heavily on state legislatures.
So that means 50 years from now the Tea Party will remain the most influential group of the era in American politics the way the Beatles remain the most influential group in music 50 years after they started?

Yeah, I’m surprised anyone remembers the Beatles, they totally disappeared after they broke up. Never heard from any of them since. Just try to find any of their recordings in a store or on-line.
