I left Connecticut at 7:10, and drove at a fair clip to get back to Manhattan by 9:30 this morning. Parked in front of my building, took in the luggage, and by the time I came out it was snowing.
So I put the car in the garage, where it will mostly stay until March, and walked home in the beginnings of a blizzard.
We now have only a couple of inches here, but it is snowing pretty solidly.

I think you meant to say, "I put the BMW in tha garage...", right? And, too, you left out "Greenwich.". You're supposed to say, "we left Greenwich at 7:10 am, having left the help with instructions to call if the roof sags," or something like that. Oh, and you left out "Park Ave.". You're supposed to tell us that your building is on Park Ave.
