Garland, really?
Wiki said effluent - so it has to be true....wiki leaks and all.
A bridge from Chula Vista to the Tijuana Airport would be a pretty impressive bridge, since there’s about two miles of San Ysidro, Nestor, and Otay Mesa between the two.
All Liberal. I would like to see a list of Liberal charities vs Conservative charities. I don’t see any Liberal bell ringers anywhere out there.
So predictable ..
#5 Stockton has the slowest walking people I have ever seen. They meander in cross walks weaving making phone calls and of course stopping to pull up their pants so they can walk. I have never seen such a lack of ambition anyplace else.
I lived in Imperial Beach, CA for three years, and I see no reason why Chula-juana is ‘boring’ Robberies, car thefts, rapes, assaults, what’s not to like? What’s boring in that list?
Mostly California. Not surprising. Leftists believe that “charity” is government’s job...to give to them.
“I wanted to break this down into political demographics - but it was too much work.”
Let me help you with the California cities on the list. Chula Vista, Riverside, and Anaheim are heavily Mexican. They recieve much and give little.
What’s predictable is the screwed up methodology...
QUOTE:
To do so, they focused on four criteria: How many donations residents gave online in 2009 and how much those donations were for; the average amount of money each household gave to political, religious and social service organizations by credit card each month; and finally, the number of nonprofit organizations currently registered in the city. The researchers then took a weighted average of these factors to rank the cities.
So cash out of hand...material donations...volunteering....none of that is considered...
Only how much you bleed your plastic for the offical “needy”...
Meh....color me unimpressed...
Never seen so many young retirees in doorways, windows and on street corners,, contemplating their next moves in the stock market.

True story: I relieved a CPO (Navy Chief) at NROTC Cornell back in 1976. He retired to Chula Vista, made a fortune and got out of there around 15 years ago. He’s a happy dude now!
The number 1 most charitable city is Washington, D.C.? No wonder it’s our money they give away.
I’m surprised libertard Seattle didn’t make the list. If you subtracted Bill Gates ?
Stockton proudly has no majority race. It is the self esteem capital, I believe. Everyone is rewarded for doing nothing.
