#5 Stockton has the slowest walking people I have ever seen. They meander in cross walks weaving making phone calls and of course stopping to pull up their pants so they can walk. I have never seen such a lack of ambition anyplace else.
Never seen so many young retirees in doorways, windows and on street corners,, contemplating their next moves in the stock market.
