This part is very real.
The very fine concreate (and other) dust particals can cause severe bronchial & lung problems.

The people of these United States have no Constitutional obligation to these first responders and no valid way to provide funds to these people.
Any appropriation of funds to them would be a criminal violation of our laws.
If obama wants to give them money he can donate out of his own private fortunes and keep his filthy hands out of our pockets.
