Thats a stretch. Acknowleging the law of the land is not the same as agreeing with it.

The relevant clause in Article I, Section 8 is:

[The Congress shall have Power . . .] To make Rules for the Government and Regulations of the land and naval Forces.

All of the services will implement the law. Get over it.
