You’re really not from around here, are you.>>>

Actually there are millions of Republicans who think like me. Maybe you should talk to us for a few minutes.

“There are a ton of people who are “out of status” who are not “criminals.”

Out of status? Is like like blacks being criminal invaders?

At what point, in your opinion, should the U.S. gov’t enforce U.S. Law and stop immigrants from entering our country illegally and punish those who break U.S. law?>>

At the border. If someone is in this country for five or ten years, is married to citizens, is raising citizens, has paid taxes, has not hurt anyone or stolen anything, we should, indeed, cut them a little slack.

There are millions of Hispanics who would like to support us—they’re Catholic, they’re Christian, they’re believers in the system—but they can’t stand hearing us Republicans sound like we want to round them up at bayonet point. Simple mathematics: Hispanics—the legal ones—have babies, too, lots of them. They’re the fastest growing minority in the USA. And they can’t stand a lot of what the Dems stand for. We need to reach out to them. And throwing around language-as-bayonet as we have here won’t do it.

What message do you think is sent to illegal aliens when they are granted amnesty?>>>
That’s the problem, isn’t it? Can’t stand the fact that people aren’t being punished for a crime?

Well, in this universe the only place where every criminal receives full punishment is in Purgatory. Not every single crime HAS TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

And we don’t. Example: The law says that anybody that has sex with a fifteen year old is a felon. So do we put two fifteen year old kids at the drive-in in prison for child rape? Of course not.

If we convicted everybody in this country for every crime that they committed without exception the whole damn country would be in prison except babies, grandmothers and church ladies.

Justice without mercy is not justice at all.

Finally, I ask you: has anybody you know ever killed a baby at an abortion clinic? Guess what. THEY got amnesty. It’s not that hard a concept to deal with.

Maybe you should talk to us for a few minutes.

You're assuming that we don't. The point is that this forum is not designed for that purpose. That's why you are getting close to a zot. I'm trying to provide reasoned, respectful questions and you are not answering them. That is not a good sign. You will encounter much harsher treatment and I wouldn't blame them, it's just not necessarily my way. We see people like you all the time - people who spout off before lurking and learning what this site and this community is all about - and the end is always the same. You either learn to lurk and learn how to fit in with a community of like minded team members or you get zotted for being an adversarial argumentalist.

Don't take me word for it, read Jim Robinson's words on the home page (Click on the words "Free Republic" on the top left of the page) and scroll down about 2/3 of the way. You'll find that this is NOT a debating society. It is an activist forum for people with SIMILAR views. You can debate on other forums if you like. You'll have a much better time slugging it out with other middle-of-the-road RINOs who do the Conservative movement no good when they actually further the marxist cause.

They say that a word to the wise will suffice. We'll see.

Out of status. Without papers. Lacking legal authority to be in the United States.

I know you want to conflate them all as CRIMMIGRANTS.

But the law doesn’t support it. Like the examples I gave. None of those people would ever be convicted of criminal crossing of the border because the law isn’t written that way and never has.

ANd I’m not saying that “blacks are criminal invaders,” just that we treated them as if they were.

“Maybe it’s time to do the same thing to the idea that to be conservative you want to expel people from the country who don’t talk and think like you do.”

How one “thinks” is part and parcel of one’s culture. Americans think differently than others.
1. We are sovereign citizens.
2. Therefore, we regulate our own behavior so that government need not.
3. We take security in person and property as a given.

Sorry, but I must tell you that the illegal aliens living in America ARE CRIMINALS.

PS Try going to those Turd World ‘nations’ south of the border without entering legally, much less take a job.

PPS Ya won’t like what they do to your overly sympathetic person when they dump you in one of the Hell-On-Earth jails.

Well, not everybody in the conservative movement has to think alike. And an adversarial argumentalist can be looked at as one of two ways: a heretic to be burned at the stake, or a gadfly that keeps the city fit.

Of course, the problem with being a gadfly is that you aren’t loved for it.

No they’re not, not anywhere near all of them, and five minutes examining the federal books will prove it.

No you’re not. You are a citizen of the United States (I hope) not a “sovereign citizen.”

And I know exactly what a “sovereign citizen” means.

Redemption movement
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Redirected from Sovereign citizen)

The redemption theory is an American conspiracy theory created by Roger Elvick. The theory claims that when the United States government abandoned the gold standard in 1933, it pledged its citizens as collateral so it could borrow money. According to Elvick, the government creates a fictitious person (straw man) corresponding to each newborn citizen with bank accounts initially holding $630,000. The theory further holds that through obscure procedures under the Uniform Commercial Code, a citizen can “reclaim” the straw man and write checks against its accounts.[1] Its adherents sometimes call themselves “Sovereign Citizens”.

“Well, black people were all presumed criminal invaders too, once. We got over it.”

What Liberal/racist group are you paid by, if I may ask?

Are you aware of the huge over representation in American prisons by black criminals?

Worst of all, that is often black on black crime - Want us to “get over it”?

Or should we allow all to exercise their Constitutional rights, including the Second Amendment? If the urban black poor could be “...at all times armed” they would not be mere prey for urban predators.

Here’s a quiz for you - who said “It is the right and duty of the citizen to be at all times armed.” ?

Google it. Surprised you, didn’t it?

Nice.

And your characterization of black people and the need to be armed all the time pretty well proves my point, except that perhaps the past tense shouldn’t be used.

For instance, you still haven't answered the questions I asked you...

After undergoing a thorough background check, an Undocumented Alien who serves in the United States Military for at least four years and receives an Honorable Discharge, will receive Legal Residency and the opportunity to become a United States Citizen one year after their discharge.

Make it 8 years plus a four year waiting period. American Citizenship should be worth something and not just a giveaway.

When California fails financially this summer and the welfare checks bounce chaos is going to break out...And unlike in Texas there is no serious armed conservative faction to keep things contained.

You know exactly jack about California, apparently. Check out a CA election map by county sometime and enlighten yourself.

Publish it far and wide that all illegals, liberals, etc., in this country can now have California.

How about if you kiss my ass, instead? I'm sick of you pompous idiots being so ready to throw CA and all of its loyal American inhabitants (roughly 48% of the population) to the wolves, as if the same thing that happened to California isn't happening in your state.
