Yep. We do organic gardening and have done so for many years and need it for food. We still have winter lettuce after days of freezing cold weather! - The rest of December and I guess into January is likely to be feeling like a LONG TIME. - This will jump up and roll back and bite them, the way they’ve done in this lame duck session. Stuff they could have passed a hundred times over in the last two years with the huge majorities they’ve had.

This is just revulsive and if anything, strengthens all arguments against those elected and now serving in government who are/were supposed to represent us, the people.
Every single day we're being hit with another outrageous bill and/or edict by the fascists/marxist/communists who are running America down and out. Nazi Germany and the failed USSR did these things - and failed. The lame duck session is apparently the democrat / RINO compulsory punishment period for voters in retaliation for the November 2010 election results and what will happen to those RINOs and remaining democrats in upcoming elections.
