Unless this article leaves out some relevant details, it seems like a good solution. I would love to have the hospital stay opened instead of being torn down for overpriced condos. The article implies that the mosque would be a small part of the building. Since St. Vincent’s was a Catholic hospital I assume they would let the chapel stay put and the Sisters of Charity continue to do their work there. I used to live about 4 blocks from St. Vincent’s and the mosque would not disrupt the community. Perhaps it would even serve as a symbol for reconciliation since the building would have an interfaith aspect to it.
Well if there was any doubt about who’s funding muslim infiltration of this once great country, this lays it to rest. I say we tell the saudi king , you can build your mosque right after we break ground on a new Cathedral in downtown mecca.

You are exactly right ! It's all about the "visual" of conquring a nation and why the high mineretts and choosing former churches as sites. In the Islamic mind it represents all other churches are submissive to Islam as well as the country they plant these in..
