President Obama and his wife Michelle will not be invited to Prince William's wedding next year. Because Prince William is not yet heir to the throne, his wedding to Kate Middleton is not classed as a ‘state occasion’ – and the couple feel under no pressure to fill the 2,000-strong guest list with heads of state, the Mail understands. They are more eager to ask ordinary citizens and charity workers than foreign dignitaries and VIPs to what will be the first royal ‘people’s wedding’, courtiers suggested. A handful of heads of state are likely to be invited in line with previous royal weddings, possibly including France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni.

If one looks at Prince William’s background, he would fall into the more leftist, Tusk Trust camp. Because of this, I am sure Prince William would frown at the Alaskan tradition of hunting and fishing that is enjoyed by the Palin family. Because of this, and given the myopic world view of the typical leftist, the Palins would be far down on the list of guest to be considered.
Your snarky comment that suggests that Sarah would push herself onto the guest list (for some imagined personal gain on your part) leaves many on the FR with flame button safety lock off. I ask, have you been paying attention to anything?
Sarah Palin is not a glory hound as you suggest. It tells me that her mission for the betterment of this country and freedom has totally escaped your understanding. I suggest you spend a few bucks and read her last book, “America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag.” When you understand Sarah’s mission for people everywhere, you will rethink your knee jerk take on Sarah Palin.
If such leftists as Prince William were not so myopic, people like the Palins would be on the top of their guest list. The environmental understanding of Sarah Palin would be a benefit to such organizations as Tusk Trust and peoples around the world who depend on the natural wild life for their diet. And, the understanding of the value of capitalism and a world away from socialism would be an understanding that Prince William would benefit from if he could make connections with Sarah Palin.
Got any examples of Sarah inviting herself anywhere?
