Judge: Wynn Las Vegas casino broke labor law

LAS VEGAS - A hearing officer says the Wynn Las Vegas casino-resort violated federal labor law when it fired a union leader last year. The administrative law judge for the National Labor Relations Board said in a ruling filed this week that Wynn targeted dealer Ronda Larson because she was notably active in the Transportation Workers Union. Larson was a longtime casino employee when she was fired in September 2009 after she helped organize for the union. Wynn managers say Larson was terminated because she was rude and insubordinate.

She could have run naked (eeewwww) through the casino while throwing dog poop on patrons, and she STILL wouldn’t have been fireable.

We live in a thugocracy. Can we take it back?
