But Lakin said Wednesday that despite his questions about Obama's eligibility for office, he was wrong not to follow Army orders. He acknowledged that the Army was the wrong place to raise his concerns about Obama, asked to keep his job and said he was now willing to deploy.

Contact your congressman, senators, County Sheriff, DA, State Legislators, Governor, and County Grand Jury Foreman and demand that they indict, prosecute, convict and imprison BO and all his local co-conspirators for leaking information to WikiLeaks and all the other crimes: Voter Fraud, Identity Theft, Illegal Foreign Campaign Contributions, TSA Sexual Assaults, Poisoning of Gulf of Mexico, Embezzlement of Government funds etc.

What`s so hard about pulling out a long form birth certificate. You know, the one with hand written lines filled in and doctor signatures.
Like maybe voting him out instead of hoping for Harry Potter magic to make him gone?
BO is not going to admit that he is a fraud.
This just sucks, no other way to describe it. But why go this far just to plead guilty, I don’t get it?
A Grand Jury Indictment of BO is not magic. It just takes 25 or so Citizens to bring BO to justice.

This is quixotic at best. If he had “won,” then basically the military court would have to concede that 0bama has no authority over the military at all, and furthermore, over any civil matter. Therefore, zero would be compelled to step down from his office. Did LTC Lakin really think that was going to happen?

Col. Lakin threw away his career, its accrued benefits, and (assuming this sentence holds) will spend six months in Leavenworth, and all his erstwhile supporters can say is “Lakin is done.” and let’s move on ?
If I were him, and that was the response to my life and career being shattered, I’d feel awfully damned used tonight.

When the Judge ruled that Obama did not have to present anything that Obama was untouchable, this guy was automatically screwed.
BO’s Long Form BC obviously has information that he does not want the American People to see. Maybe it lists his father’s religion as Muslim. Maybe it lists his race as caucasian. Maybe it lists his place of birth as Mombasa, Kenya. Maybe it lists his adoptive father as an Indonesian muslim.
No one forced Lakin to pled guilty. He sealed his own fate.
And he was warned again and again that this is exactly what would happen to him.
The prosecutors control Grand Juries, they decide the subject matter. You can indict a ham sandwich is you have the right prosecutor. Right now, they are all providing cover for BO.
From wht little I have read about the proceedings, he finally came to realization that he had been screwed. And even worse,he screwed himself.What his thought process was I cannot say.
I, myself ,am only a peon, but , I do know that if obama occupies the White House it is because some powerful individuals wish for him to.And since they put him in office, they will keep him in office. By any means necessary.
