This just sucks, no other way to describe it. But why go this far just to plead guilty, I don’t get it?

Neither do I. I guess he was overcome by fear of a long prison term.

They screwed him
He expected fairness and an oppotunity to present his case.

he got neither.

When the Judge ruled that Obama did not have to present anything that Obama was untouchable, this guy was automatically screwed.

This second group of lawyers sand-bagged Lakin....seems they were more interested in heling Obama than their client.

Lakin was toast whether he pled Guilty or not...he was going to get zapped because the military judge in this case is a bedwetting Obama supporter. Lakin should have went to trial.

The second group of lawyers committed legal malpractice. They refused to even challenge the charges. Hopefully Lakin will get better lawyers on appeal.

Lakin should have stayed with the first group of lawyers. He had a better chance of not being convicted
