The biggest of them all
"Purists"? Those who supported the Kelo decision probably called us purists.
But in general we have two opposing views. One says the constitution is not a suicide pact. The other asks what use it is to try to preserve the Constitution if we destroy it in the process. Both have their merits, but absent an absolute, critical necessity in a very specific case, I tend to go with the latter.
The reason these memorials are so strange is because it is the exception rather than the rule. It’s like when a 40 year old man who exercises regularly, abstains from alcohol and cigarettes, and eats healthfully dies of a heart attack. It’s a big deal because that is not supposed to happen. Nobody makes a big deal about the fat, smoking, beer swigging, pork rind eater who dies at 40.
But as my husband says to the co-worker who makes fun of him for exercising and eating healthy when we’re all going to die anyway: Until the day I die, I’ll still be strong enough to carry your coffin. These people still need profiled.
Caption for each would be "can you guess which is the Terrorist?"
HAHAHA that is awesome! :)
The chart does leave out the blonde Chechen Muslim women who have murdered so many in Russia. There are also Bosnian Muslim women who are as blonde as I am.
