Feinstein is one of the most intelligent politicians on the other side. She is starting to sound the alarm over debt and talking about cuts to stay ahead of the curve. When Governor-elect Brown is talking cuts, you know it is bad in California. Feinstein sees the mess coming and is buying stock in shovels politically.

Dear Senator Feinstein,
How much estate tax were you planning on collecting next year? Were you expecting Buffet and Gates to die next year and leave the US govt half of everything to “reduce the deficit”? After all, Gates’ wife and kids didn't “earn” that money. Plus just look at what good stewards of tax revenues the Congress has been. Somewhere a rum producer or arrow maker or beaver counter will go hungry tonight because the US govt just didn't have enough tax revenue to support them.
