I’ve been trying to get my climate treatment (CACA) to Monckton (he seems like the kind of guy who would get a kick out of it).

Does he have a website? The only thing I find is the vicarious WattsUp site.

I'm not aware of any contact information for Lord Monckton, Cletus, but I agree, he seems to have the sense of humor to really appreciate "Catastrophic Anthropogenic Climate Alteration" (CACA). I know it cracks me up. If I do happen upon any info I'll pass it on to you.
