The hottest market in the hottest economy in the world is Chinese real estate. The big question is how vulnerable is this market to a crash.

One red flag is the vast number of vacant homes spread through China, by some estimates up to 64 million vacant homes.

We've tracked down satellite photos of these unnerving places, based on a report from Forensic Asia Limited. They call it a clear sign of a bubble: "There’s city after city full of empty streets and vast government buildings, some in the most inhospitable locations.

How about here?

And this has quadrupled in the past 2 years - my son is a long hauler - he can’t believe the rapid decline in malls now ghost towns, stores boarded, some whole cities looking like these buildings - truck stops closed with tumbleweed blowing through. We live in our own little bubbles and the media isn’t reporting just how bad it it’s getting out there.

They are building these for large populations of immigrants to fill the jobs for high-tech and highly-educated people to expand the economy. Cannot remember where I heard this.

Guys like LAZ, who could hit a few Chinese women every night and work during the day?

(HINT TO CHINA)

He's right, You did really nail it!

Combine these 'good investments' with the chatel of 'Psycho Single Male Cults of Bloody Kindergarten Killers' who're guilty of an unending series of bloody orgies at Daycare facilities across China. Chairman Mao would be so proud. They feature multiple homicides of loyal 'Party Workers' the children of 'the Promise'

The childless, wifeless adult males are the 'real children of the Revolution'. Presto, you have the created the angriest horde of 200 million soldiers that satan ever dreamed of assembling for their bloody appointment in the Valley of Hamong Gong.

Fear Not! Behold, your Savior Comes Riding on the Wings of F-15 Eagles! Go Sarah, go Sarah!

Send 50% of the US lawyers, US politicians, US bankers, JournOlistas, and US union leaders there. That will solve their problems. Repeat every 6 months.

Maybe the housing is to accommodate all the university liberals, hollywood libtards, and union thugs that are going to leave the USA when Sarah is elected President in 2012.

Looks like a few places I saw in Saudi Arabia. Entire villages that the government built for the Bedouins, who are nomadic, and won’t stay in the villages. For those who were at Eskan Village for Operation Southern Watch, that is one of the villages.

When I worked in the hinterlands of China in ‘76 - ‘77, every housing block like these would have piles of dirt at the end, just like the second building in this picture. And the residents would all toss their garbage out the windows at the end of the building onto that pile of dirt. Then the pigs and sheep would root through the garbage day and night, eating their fill. It was a wonderful place.

They look remarkably well-maintained. Do they send people in to trim the shrubs and rake leaves?

What did they do to us to deserve that?

that's because they are BRAND NEW.. built in the last 12-18 months... there are NO trees... or shrubs.

I've seen, literally, THOUSANDS of such buildings in my visits to China.

“Yeah, it’s strange, like they are building this for some future event.”

It’s nice to have several new, vacant cities in waiting to relocate population away from nuked areas.
