An Army doctor who disobeyed orders to deploy to Afghanistan because he questions Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has pleaded guilty to 1 of 2 charges against him.
At a court-martial proceeding Tuesday in Maryland, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin of Greeley, Colo., pleaded guilty to not meeting with a superior when ordered to do so and not showing up at Fort Campbell in Kentucky where he was supposed to report.

It most likely comes down to the secret meeting at SCOTUS with eight judges present on January 14, 2009 making ALL records out of reach “permanently”, including for Lt.Col. Lakin!
That meeting was “telegraphed” downline to lower courts with Thomas’ “Evading” comment. Then Jack Maskall took care of Congress, including the first “birthers” Hill/Bill!!
The Dung Head Media took care of the “sheeple” to silenced them, including Rush and other “Conservative”(?) talking heads, that very suddenly treated this issue like the Jews treated the people with leprosy at Jesus’ time, and NOBODY have standing!!!
Dead wrong. Thus far judges have all ruled that nobody who has filed has standing to even get the issue on the table.
Please don’t continue to claim that any judge has actually ruled on the actual eligibility of Barack Obama.
And the evidence that you mentioned is flawed because
1) Hawaii officials have not and CAN NOT say that Obama was born in Hawaii, because what they have for Obama - per their own statutory admission - is amended and has no probative value unless and until it is presented as evidence, which Obama will not allow to be done.
Furthermore, Hawaii officials have hid rules and disobeyed rules and laws on Obama’s behalf, so calling them the “loyal opposition” is disingenuous. “Partners in crime” would be much more accurate.
2) The birth announcements are fake. The microfilms were changed out in the libraries.
3) Kapiolani Hospital says they can’t say whether Obama was born there. Obama has signed a statement with raised seal saying he was born there but won’t tell anybody whether it is genuine or a forgery by Abercrombie.
It’s all a huge conspiracy I tell you. They’re all in on it. The entire crew. But I had them on the strawberries. If only...
They know the order was to deploy.

I was angry. I’m still angry. I want to find out who was supposed to be processing Lakin’s requests to find out whether Obama can be the CINC and find out when those people will be court-martialed for dereliction of duty.
“Barak” is how Judge Denise Lind spelled it in her statement of judicial notice - unlike the places where she allegedly quoted the defense and spelled it Barrack. There are 3 different spellings for Obama’s first name in Lind’s decision.
And we have even more questions about who he is and where he’s from than we have questions about how to spell his name. Unbelievable.

I asked my senator about that and all he would say is that I shouldn’t do it.
I believe it was David, here on FR, who said that the tax law would go into effect even if there wasn’t a valid POTUS signature, as long as there wasn’t a veto by a valid POTUS. So the laws Obama has signed would still be in effect even if Obama can’t “act as President”, as the 20th Amendment says.

Lakin was charged under Article 90 for willfully disobeying a lawful command of a superior commission officer. Did you not read my post explaining that Article 90 itself directs punishment under Article 92?
Article 90 allows for punishment by death OR such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
