Didn’t they accuse McCain of not being a NBC? Where’s Barry’s congressional investigation?

They then created Resolution 511 to cover the usurper illegal alien who co-signed the resolution, hello???

It all stinks to high heaven in all three branches!!!

You got me about those hand signals. Seems all the “Hawaiians” do it, even fake Hawaiians, apparently.

I looked it up:

“The shaka sign is a gesture of greeting. It is associated with Hawaii and surfers (also other boarding sports like skateboarding and snowboarding). To make the sign, extend your thumb and pinky finger while keeping the three middle fingers curled. You then raise your hand in salutation with your fingers facing you. For emphasis, you can wiggle your hand back and forth.

Some of the many meanings of the shaka hand sign are, “hello,” “goodbye,” “cool,” “okay,” “see you later,” and “take care.”

The shaka sign was used as a campaign signal by Frank Fasi, a populist Honolulu politician of the 1970s and 1980s. Fasi was a territorial senator and the longest-serving mayor of Honolulu (1969 to 1981).”

from bestplaceshawaii.com

Perhaps in this instance, it means, “Thanks for all your help hiding the truth” or, perhaps, “Ha! We sure put one over on you idiots.”

“I read somewhere he used a different name other
than his own to get into the trial. May be the
reason, but I have not seen the facts about his
apparent involuntary removal.”

Seems to be rumors, here’s the incident from the mouth of the horse. As I said before, a real Kangaroo trial. When they can treat Pastor Manning and his associate that way, then you don’t need to guess how they also totally railroaded Lt.Col. Lakin, a total scam and a shame on the part of this court martial!!!

“One other note: Pastor Manning, one of the birthers attending the trial, left the courtroom escorted by security and has not returned. No word on what prompted his departure.”

Very interesting and scary!!!

Remember at an earlier hearing, Lt.Col. Lakin overheard a thrathening conversation between security officers that “just throw him in the van and cart him off to the slammer/madhouse”???

I think the SecDef is in charge of the military chain of command. So the enforcement through the ranks is done through the SecDef. But to be the chief executive/CINC for the military means that you make the executive decisions, which is what Congress gave the POTUS the authority to do. So the CINC actually executes the laws by doing what they say - i.e. making the executive decisions which the SecDef then implements through the chain of command. But the decision can’t be implemented until it’s been made, and only the President is authorized to make the executive decision - for combat at least.

I don’t know about executive decisions on other things. Mr Rogers brought up in another thread the issue of whether the POTUS is required to approve military size and pay. I don’t know if the laws require the POTUS to approve those things or not.

There is also the de facto officer doctrine, which makes orders binding even if they are given by somebody wno doesn’t lawfully hold the position. But an order having to be obeyed isn’t the same thing as being “lawful”, according to the elements of Article 90 and 92. I don’t know if receiving a paycheck can be either “obeyed” or “disobeyed”, because it’s not an order. The person issuing the paycheck has an order they follow regarding paychecks, but everybody else is a passive recipient, which doesn’t require obedience to anything.

I don’t know. It’s late and mornin’ comes early. We’ll be packing and delivering food boxes for the needy in the morning. My husband is working his tail off getting ready for it, since it’s done through the Ministerial Association. Three or four years ago he ended up with pneumonia after all the extra work of it. He was using an inhaler for the next 6 months and will always be vulnerable to pneumonia now. He’s had bloody phlegm off and on all week and I’m afraid the same thing is going to happen this year. He was doing better today so he canceled a dr appt but if he overdoes it again it’s not gonna be good. We’ve all taken turns battling fever and congestion this week so everybody’s tired, stressed, and cranky.

Anyway, I think I just talked myself into going to bed. lol. If I’m rested tomorrow I can at least offer some strength when he’s too tired to go on. I’ve offered whatever help I can but the preparation is stuff only he knows how to do so the biggest help I can do is tomorrow. I can’t write his sermon for him though. Or at least not if he still wants a job come Monday morning. lol

Well.... good night.

Obama and his supporters including Judge Lind are committing felonious offenses against the Law of Nations in the Constitution.

Are you talking about the Law of Nations written by a Swiss philosopher?

Yes, I know the phrase “Law of Nations” appears in the Constitution. I don’t however know what you’re talking about.

"Law of nations" as it appears in the US Constitution

To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations

Are you suggesting Obama is a pirate?

You are an Obot who has no intention of listening to reason. The Law of Nations is not limited to piracy. Suggest you study it before making comments.
