A new campaign seeks to eliminate disclosure laws which require HIV positive individuals to inform their sex partners of their potentially deadly infection.
The campaign is led by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and UNAIDS, an umbrella group of UN agencies. Notably absent from this campaign is any recognition of the danger posed for the possible victims of a willful refusal to disclose HIV status.
As part of the campaign, IPPF released a collection of interviews entitled “Behind Bars”, which implies that such criminal laws fuel stigma against HIV persons. Proponents of criminal laws assert, however, they are designed to help protect and prevent sexual partners from contracting a potentially deadly virus.

Of course. At one time, health authorities used to look for Typhoid Mary or her equivalent, and if necessary put them away to keep them from spreading communicable diseases and starting new plagues. Nip these deadly plagues in the bud.
That could have been done with AIDS. There were just a few carriers. But the gay activist community and the libs portrayed gays as victims of the disease—never as spreaders of the disease.
Instead of putting them into quarantine, they made it a crime to reveal their names.
The practical result, of course, is a plague within the gay community, and huge suffering, mostly of gay people. But what the hell, that just gives them further excuses to raise more money to help spread the disease more widely.
Planned Parenthood has been involved in this from the start. AND the UN, which is run by the population controllers and baby killers. Great way to raise money AND kill off more excess population.
They said all they wanted was "tolerance." Now, they're demanding their "right" to kill.

One would think that "Planned Parenthood" would celebrate this level of 'planning'...
Except they are evil, and decades of supporting infanticide has numbed their minds to any semblance of decency.

It seems to reek of the Overal Agenda of the UN for DEPOPULATION that they seems to be obsessed with.
HIV is the perfect vector for depopulating thrid world countries and uppity first world countries like the USA. They are seeking to decriminalize the act of willingly spreading the disease. Imagine if a HIV positive attractive looking loony lib convinces themself it is their “duty” to help depopulate the planet. The damage they could do would be enourmous.
You're right; But what's really disturbing is knowing the US government fully supports and endorses both Planned Parenthood and the UN.

My son has been homosexual for ten years. I have a ringside seat to watching him go from a “normal”, healthy, happy young man, with every opportunity to pursue success, to a miseralble, hateful, diseased, hiv+ freak. Sorry, but that’s the truth.
I see that there is not enough disease, loneliness, education, or criminalization, etc., etc. to scare them off from this behavior.

Churches are mushy on the evil of homosexuality. The schools, government, Hollywood are pushing acceptance of homosexuality.

I believe we should go the other way, anyone found to be HIV positive should have their privates dyed a dark purple so that anyone can know in an instant the dangers of contact with that person.

I am so sorry, WH.
I saw a family member the night he died of AIDS, after not having seen him for somewhere around 10 years. It tore one of my relative’s life to shreds. There he was, a shadow of his former self, under a hospital blanket, full of morphine, his eyes all cloudy, and he knew me. It was all I could do to smile. Absolutely all I could do.
And that happened a long time ago now. But I can still see his eyes, and the tears he shed when he saw me.
Seeing something like that changes a person.
