Good - let the clock tick. An inactive congress cannot steal nor can it take away our rights. Nor can it enact socialist agendas.

House Democrats defy Obama on tax cut bill
By: CNN’s Dana Bash and Deirdre Walsh
(CNN) - Defying President Obama, House Democrats voted Thursday not to bring up the tax package that he negotiated with Republicans in its current form.
“This message today is very simple: That in the form that it was negotiated, it is not acceptable to the House Democratic caucus. It’s as simple as that,” said Democratic Congressman Chris Van Hollen.

Come Jan 1st the largest voting demographic the 15% tax bracket will take it in the backside when that rate skyrockets to 28%. At least that is my take.

Obama and a slew of vulnerable 2012 Dems will pay the price if taxes go up.
Voters will be vindicated for kicking them to the curb and will be looking for more to add to the heap.
Works for me.

The Dems figure this compromise is a political loser for them. If nothing gets done, they’ll blame the Republicans.

I bet Obamao had a temper tantrum over this.
He probably dropped down on his historically incorrect rug in the Oval Office and kicked and screamed and held his breath like the immature toddler he really is.

And Obama knew this and he gets to ‘look’ like he wanted to work it out but they will all be voted out so politically AGAIN it is a win win for Obama.
