United States diplomats have described a world of "sex, drugs and alcohol" in which the official religious individuals of Saudi Arabian loyalties engage in, according diplomatic cables recently published by Wikileaks on Wednesday. According to the leaked dispatches, officials from the Jeddah consulate detailed an underground Halloween party in which alcohol and prostitutes were readily available. The party, attended by over 150 Saudi men and women mostly in their twenties and thirties, was organized by a member of the Saudi royalty, a wealthy prince from the Al Thunayan family.

Another Wikileaks ‘duh’ moment.

What about Obama? Where’s the leaks on Obama? (smart remark in 3...2...1...)

Wasn’t it Saudi Arabia where, a few days ago, a guy lost his wife in a car accident and couldn’t identify her with her veil off? They had to lower the veil for him to make a positive ID. True story! And here are the scummy royalty living a life of debauchery.

Definitely file under “why am I not surprised?”

Dish towels and fan belts.
I guess they won’t invite any more of our diplomats to their orgies. Too bad..

Um... not to tell too much... but in my twenties, and even into my thirties, I’d have to say just about every party I attended involved sex and drinking.

And if it didn’t I was pretty disappointed.

The fact that the Saudi royals are involved simply tells me that they’re human beings. When you’re 21 with a few belts in you, it’s amazing how quickly the thin veneer of culture evaporates and reveals a more basic biology.

Not that I’m saying drunkedness and whoring around are great lifestyle choices, either. There are some things I’ve done that I look back upon and wince. But that’s the 54-year-old man being a lot wiser than his younger self.

On the other hand, it does give me a base pleasure knowing that these sanctimonious bastards are shown off as hypocrites. Don’t think I’ll wince about that sentiment later on.

When will Wikileaks release the secret National Park Service files telling what bears really do in the woods?

I posted an article similar to this earlier. Only it made a connection with a US security company from Texas. Of course the article was yanked. If anyone wishes to know about it then go over to the market ticker and you can find it there. Gotta watch the prissy people around here, and can’t hurt their feelings with any news that might make them feel bad.

They probably “leaked” this hoping for a militant uprising against the House of Saud.

I did a search:

bacha bazi - the dancing boys of Afghanistan, i.e. illicit sex trade: an ancient practice, secretly revived--young boys sold by families to ‘entertain’ wealthy merchants and warlords.

So we have diplomatic activity related to what appears, if this cable is correct, to be child prostitution linked to a US company providing services in Afghanistan.

This is the sort of thing our government is trying to keep from being disclosed by Wikileaks?

This is what our government deemed "classified"?

Covering up child prostitution - if that's what happened - is this a legitimate "state secret"?
