Last week I spoke with an observer that is with the Miller campaign and after scouring the voter rolls, the observer found over 5000 votes that have not been verified according to Alaska election laws and the ballots cast were not questioned ballots.
In Alaska, the secret ballot and the laws that pertain to how a ballot can be cast with the weak oversight that has been displayed by the Alaska Division of Elections, can lead to voter fraud.
Plain and simple.
The problem with the over 5000 votes cast that were not verified is, there was no indication on who voted and for who.

Joe’s not quitting, eh shield? Why hasn’t Norm Coleman made another statement pressuring him to? What a dolt.
“His problem is with his fellow citizens of AK. They like government pork and always will.”
That’s true, but there’s a certain larger or smaller number of people like this in all states. Some people, even a good number of Rs, think it’s OK to freeload off of other productive people. Joe’s definistely fighting this in AK.

Reporting from Seattle — “Tea party” Republican Joe Miller lost his legal bid Friday to reopen the U.S. Senate race in Alaska that incumbent Lisa Murkowski won in an unusual write-in bid.
The decision in state court was a crucial setback to Miller’s hope for a full hand recount, though he still can appeal in state and federal courts.

Anchorage, Alaska. December 10, 2010 — In response to the state superior court’s ruling today, campaign spokesman Randy DeSoto issued the following statement:
“The purpose of the legal action is to ensure that the integrity of the vote is upheld. The Miller Campaign believes that every valid write-in ballot should be counted, but not those that fail to meet the standard established by the state legislature. Additionally, the core American values of equal protection under the law and fundamental fairness in this election require that the Miller ballots are counted and reviewed in the same fashion as Lisa Murkowski’s, by hand, and that the count includes only those who are eligible to vote. When we’ve ensured that these issues have been addressed, then we’ll have an accurate count, and if Lisa Murkowski’s tally is greater than Joe’s, then he will certainly honor that result.”
I moved to Alaska last year. I am beginning to believe there is a mafia type ruling class there.
Something is not right but I can’t tell you what it is.
I do know this. Both parties in Alaska are corrupt.
