You are correct! 99ers are out of continuing unemployment benefits. It’s like between 27 weeks and 99 weeks who receive longer benefits.
He sure is being very ‘insightful’ as to why he’s making the moves he is making.. maybe that busted lip jarred the gelatinous contents of his head..

I’m not watching, but I heard him say yesterday that it wouldn’t be responsible to raise taxes on average people by $3,000/year. That by itself is a massive admission that the tax cuts weren’t JUST FOR THE RICH!
