The Justice Department stonewalled efforts by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to investigate the dismissal of a civil complaint against the New Black Panther Party, leaving open the question of whether the department is willing to pursue civil rights cases "in which whites were the perceived victims and minorities the alleged wrongdoers."
In a 144-page report completed in November and released over the weekend, the commission said its lengthy investigation had uncovered "numerous specific examples of open hostility and opposition" within the department's Civil Rights Division to pursuing cases in which whites were the victims.
~snip~
"What was not anticipated was the extent of the department's lack of cooperation," the report said. "At various times the department alleged it would provide no information because the matter was being reviewed by its Office of Professional Responsibility. At other times, the Department raised a wide variety of legal privileges, many of which seemed to have no relevance to the current investigation."
Although the department eventually began to provide some information, including 4,000 pages of documents, the report said much of the information provided either did not relate to the New Black Panther Party litigation, involved matters that were already public, or involved prior voter intimidation lawsuits. The report said the information did not address the core of the commission's inquiry as to why the NBPP lawsuit had been challenged internally.

DOJ has a Black eye and will soon get another black eye.
There’s supposedly a class action lawsuit right now over black farmers who were denied loans. And it reportedly has many more participants than actual minority farmers. Even accounting for those who were “discouraged” from entering the trade, the numbers were still too high.
But class action lawsuits benefit the lawyer class and I recall plenty of people who were HAPPY to add their name to the CD class action swindle just to get their “20 bucks”. The lawyers are paid lump cash upwards half of a settlement, the chumps get pocket change, and the states got deadstock CDs “valued” at overinflated amounts.
And if you complain about this, you’re a racist, and can be punished by the state.
White people are just symbols to our ruling class.
So are black people.
The only people who are not symbols to them are themselves. Only they are “real.”
There’s a name for this mental pathology.
Our Justice department is useless and needs defunded.
PING!

Correct...When J. Christian Adams quit DOJ to testify before the USCCR the libs said he was a right wing nut case and liar.
Everything single thing he alleged has been proven true by Christopher Coates and others.
This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened...
During the 1970s when white women in the military complained about sexual assaults from black servicemen they were punished and the cases never investigated...
This caused the black guys to know that they would not be prosecuted...
Thanks for posting... I was under the impression there were two I’s at present.
Michael Yaki is a Pelosi lib lapdog and liar, his performances of late at the meetings has been a joke.
When the R’s take over the U.S. House in January, the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee needs to bring Holder’s black a - - in front of the Committee and answer many questions about his racist activities a the Department of [In] Justice.
Thanks for the ping LucyT. Appreciate it.
I’m shocked. /s
:-)
The report was released over a weekend? Imagine that.
