The Department of Defense is slamming the door on questions about the mysterious contrail filmed Nov. 8 by a KCBS television crew near Los Angeles after questions were raised about a warning from the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency that there could be missiles fired in that area at that time.

> “Granted the national CBS News is full of it, but this is from a local crew.”
.
Yes, an experienced crew, at a high enough elevation to see exactly what was happening. That is a key piece of logic that is missing from the contrail conmen’s foolish attempts to diffuse the event.
No. You asked "How many airliners do you know of that are capable of a vertical trajectory?" I posted a vertical-appearing trajectory.
The subject video had a short portion that was vertical, and then a linear path approaching constant elevation in the distance It started in the light, and headed to the west.
Actual flightpath and apparent trajectory vary with one's perspective. What you see in the video is consistent with a flightpath inbound eastward toward CA.
You would need more evidence to counter this hypothesis or support your own trajectory and path hypothesis.
Right... It’s amazing to me how easy it is for our government to fool the people. It reminds me of the old story of the husband that walks in on his wife having sex with another man. The wife says to her husband this is not what you think, Then she say who are you going to believe me or your eyes?
> “WND said that the solutions were a waste of time - the problem was insolvable, civilization was absolutely going to collapse at the stroke of midnight...”
.
That is a flat out lie.
WND reported the opinions of those on all sides of it, and mostly indicated that it should be of no concern to anyone using a PC. They actually ridiculed Gary North for his alarmism.
Michael Galutia, who was an early Freeper, posted constantly for almost three years with alarmist predictions here, and constantly criticised WND and Newsmax for not taking the issue seriously enough.
.
> “ I posted a vertical-appearing trajectory.”
.
You did no such thing.
Nothing you posted had any vertical trajectory.
You are forgetting that a lot of people reported this. The camera from the news helicopter is just so you know what people were freaking out about.
> “What you see in the video is consistent with a flightpath inbound eastward toward CA.”
.
Nonsense!
What you see, but apparently do not wish to understand, is a vertical launch, followed by a sharp course correction, headed northwesterly (into the light) as can be seen from the lighted underside and dark top of the plume.
> “The gubberment asked them not to.”
.
Why?
Why would the gov ask a TV station not to show a common contrail?
Bingo! You nailed it on the head.
Yep some people just don't like facts from the horses' mouth... Quote: "The eyewitness cameraman stated to me that he saw a jet airliner far to the south of the contrail he was filiming, that he believes was actually flight UPS902. He said that typical jet airliner contrail, in comparison to the one he videotaped, was like "comparing a tree to an ant." The contrail he was filming was nothing like the other jet airliner contrail he had in view at the time to the south."
The Y2K nuts criticized everybody for not taking it seriously enough, no matter how seriously they took it. I am going from memory, because that's all that's left, but I very clearly remember WND, in particular, pushing the government take over aspect. They were offering up countless articles on how Clinton would use the "crisis" to declare martial law and cancel the elections.
They also offered up many articles about how Ron Brown was murdered in that plane crash, and how he was actually shot in the head before the plane crashed. They never offered up any proof. They've been writing evidence-free articles for more than a decade.
Dissing the source does not add to the debate.
Was Michael Galutia also Michael Rivero, or were there two nuts named Michael around back then?
"Jethro Tull" is the other guy I remember - he promised to shoot his neighbors and extended family members if they showed up at his bunker looking for food, because he tried to warn them and they laughed at him.
No link does not help your argument....
I forgot about Ron Brown. That was A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown’s skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors.
Nevertheless, you have to admit it is funny how a lot of people that knew the Clinton’s well ended up dead. Lots of “accidents”...

I find zero truth in any of your post.
They linked articles that gave the opinions of others numerous times, but never to an alarmist position of their own.
As for Ron Brown, they reported an opinion that he had survived, and was executed on the ground. The overall evidence supports that position. You may not like the evidence, but that doesn’t make it evaporate.
You probably think Alamo Girl was hoaxing us too, right?
.
No, no relation.
Because I don't agree with you? Interesting.
Oh no, now I've really been suspended! Oh how I wish I had seen the wisdom in WND and its followers.
You two are weak.
So why is your account suspended? LOL!
