... US is concerned about not being consulted on the operation.

That's why they were able to nab 38 HVTs. The State Depart worms weren't told about it so they could warn the HVTs to escape.

The State Department was quoted as saying “We’ve invested a lot in Halliburton and other entitlement operations in Iraq. Lots of people would no longer be sucking on the govt. tit if the Iraqi’s became autonomous and the bilking of billions from the taxpayers back in the States would cease.”/s

We are CONCERNED they are arresting Al-Qaeda suspects? Why would we not want them to arrest a bunch of terrorists? Al-Qaeda = 9/11. The Iraqis are showing great initiative.

Hmmmmmm. There were 39 of them three days ago.

I remember a report some years ago in Fallujah from one of our police trainers. The companion Iraqi police trainers couldn't understand why we forbade hitting handcuffed suspects. They all agreed that hitting the suspects before they were cuffed made no sense. It never dawned on them not to hit suspects at all.

In the Muslim world, law is not as important as order.
