As a single mother-of-eight, Kate Gosselin is no stranger to stress.
But it took Mama Grizzly Sarah Palin to publicly reduce her to tears.
The bizarre duo headed off together on a camping trip in Sarah's native Alaska recently.
Filming the adventure for an episode of the politician's new reality show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, Kate brought her eight children with her.
'I have never camped for real,' Kate, 35, admitted in a new clip of the episode, released today on Usmagazine.com.
In the preview clip, viewers can watch Kate hiking through the woods with her group of children and learning about the dangers of bears from a ranger.
At one point, Kate is tearful as she complains: 'I'm chilled to the bone.'
Sitting in the damp camp ground, the Kate Plus Eight star then moans: 'I'm hungry.'
In another scene, she jumps and pulls a face as she watches 46 year-old Sarah shooting a rifle.
Sarah is heard cajoling her with the words: 'Come on! It wasn't that bad!'

Next up, Sarah and ‘pissant’ have an elk gutting contest!
Must See TV ! !
Thanks, I try to be reasonable to all, however sometimes other people are so unreasonable that it is not totally possible to be 100 percent civil.
URB2FUL “;^)
Second point.... During the summer JD was only behind Mccain 10 points in the poll, definitely within striking difference. Bottom line is S.P. prefered the RINO McCain over the true conservative Hayworth. Don't try to paint it any other way, or stay in denial.
It's more valuable to go by whether or not a person's post shows evidence of actual thought.
"beetooful?"
Yep. License plate lingo.
I suppose "BUTFUL" could be misconstrued....
Also, too many letters. Must be seven or less.
For example, this thread has too much H84SARA.
Folks are NGR8FUL.
What? That what I mean, you may be upset, but their are a lot of freepers who have the men having sex with men lifestyle who are against Palin, They would be upset!
Thanks for the compliment!
That's the kind of leadership we need if we're going to turn today's challenges into tomorrow's opportunities. In 2008, I firmly believed that John McCain was the right man for America. Today, I know he's the right man for Arizona. Your state deserves more than rhetoric; you deserve a leader with a real record of accomplishment. That's why, on behalf of Sen. McCain, I'm asking for your vote. For the good of our entire country and the future of your state, please send John McCain back to the United States Senate.Sarah Palin explicitly stated her view on McCain, in this quote and many others that were equally effusive in their praise.
You do her a great disservice when you try to downplay her own opinions, or indirectly suggest that her support for McCain wasn't important, or that she lied about her opinion of McCain in order to not get attacked by the press.
Maybe that's not what you meant, but that's how your comment reads, like you think you need to make excuses for Sarah, which isn't the best thing for a supporter to do.
Sarah Palin doesn't need people making excuses for her. She speaks her mind, she does so publicly, and so far as I can tell, she MEANS WHAT SHE SAYS. Why would supporters think she was misleading or disingenous in what she says?
Sarah is her own person, and sometimes she might believe things that you don't agree with. Better to trust her, than try to make excuses for why she might not mean what she is saying.
Long before the summer of 2008, I respected the man known as the "maverick of the Senate." From up in the Last Frontier state, I'd watched with deep admiration as he fought tirelessly against wasteful spending and corruption. I was inspired by his willingness to buck his political party - and even his president - to do what he believed was right for this country.
If Sarah was a passionate supporting McCain as your post seems to imply, she would have been much more active in McCain's Campaign. As far as I could tell, she did the minimum without looking disloyal to the guy that brung her to the dance.
I'm not painting it one way or the other nor am I in denial.
As I stated before, J.D. lost it all by himself, period.
The issue here is whether Sarah Palin made enough of a difference in supporting McCain that J.D would have had a shot. McCain destroyed J.D. in the Primary, it wasn't even close.
I stand by my belief that Palin’s endorsement was based on Loyalty and she would have been eviscerated had she not backed him.
It was never close, but I believe that if Palin HAD decided Hayworth was the better candidate, and had endorsed him, it might well have made the difference. IT did lots of other places where she endorsed a primary challenger, including Alaska and Delaware.
McCain really got a pass once Palin endorsed him; and Hayworth got attacked a lot more than he would have had Palin endorsed him.
And I don’t believe for a second that Palin would have endorsed McCain if she thought Hayworth was the better candidate. I don’t think she would have endorsed McCain out of loyalty if she thought America would be better off with Hayworth. She wouldn’t be Sarah Palin if she would endorse someone for politics — she’d just be another politician.
The “problem” with people like Palin is precisely that they do NOT do things for politics, which means if they believe something is right, they will push it, even if it’s not what their followers like.
Palin would have been Drawn and Quartered right after they hung her, drowned her and set her on fire.
Want the big headline? Former Governor Palin LIED about her running mate War Hero John McCain throughout the 2008 Presidential Campaign. She can never be trusted, especially in Political Office. Blah, blah, blah...
SO you think Sarah Palin was lying about McCain in 2008, and that she then lied in 2010 about McCain to cover up her lies in 2008? That seems like a pretty harsh attack against her for someone who I presume is a supporter.
Would you really rather believe that she lied and supported someone she thought was a bad senator, instead of simply accepting that she is telling the truth about what she believes?
Do you hate what she says about McCain so much that you’d rather call her a liar than admit to yourself that she doesn’t think the same way you do on the subject?
Exactly. I realized that the minute they announced Kate would be on. They’ve been promo-ing Kate’s show during Sarah’s. I’m sure that the Kate appearance was part of the deal.
I’m not happy about it and I doubt seriously if Sarah is, but she will handle it well. I’ll watch it.
Go back and reread my Post. I just explained what the Liberal Media would have done to Sarah Palin had she endorsed J.D. over McCain.
How you came up with the crap in your post is beyond me.
