You are inconsistent.

Check your “most recent” data.

McCain’s most recent voting records have been consistently pro-conservative. You can’t surely count the gaffes of his wife and daughter on this issue against McCain. They are two different individuals. BESIDES THE CONTINUED STAY OF MCCAIN IN THE SENATE IS JUSTIFIED. HE HAS THE MOST STERLING EXPERIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO “MILITARY OPERATIONS ABROAD”.

AND ISAKSON OF GEORGIA “NOT IN THE TOP 10”, ARE YOU KIDDING?

MURKOWSKI ONLY AT NO. 6? She must be put at the Top 3 spot. I even forgive the two Maine senators. These senators helped their states to become more pro-business. Despite the home of the Blue Bloods, Maine’s fiscal conservatism and pro-business stance are highly laudable. MURKY’S THE GODMOTHER OF ALL THE UNIONS AND SMALL BUSINESS, AND LARGE SCALE CORRUPTIONS AND BRIBERY IN ALASKA!

Hey Howie Carr, when are you going to admit you were wrong and stop shilling for Mr. Brown?

Probably never.

According to this article, Scott’s “GOP voice” is about as reliable as his RINO vote.

Brown is good on some votes (way better than Kennedy) but terrible on others. It was to be expected.

Likely he feels he has to give on something (DADT) because he's under fire in MA for holding firm on the tax cut extension.

Don't forget his seat is up for election in '12. He's to be commended for the times he DOES vote with the GOP between now and then, but he likely will be the RINO-est Senator in Congress.

I agree with you totally. Without him there would have been more of the liberal agenda shoved down our throats by the Congress. I do think he's likely to lose, though, in 2012. We're talking about Massachusetts after all.

I always thought he is gay anyway. Seems like just a pretty boy to me.

Nice to see a Kennedy gone but Brown is symbolic only.

And then who will be the new recipients of DADT? The straight people.

The GOP will defund the health care bill, allowing the Dims to portray them as evil, and of course the media to show nightly pictures of people suffering. When the Dims get back in power they need only turn a switch. If you don’t KILL THE BILL, it lives forever.

Brown is simply one more who had the RINOplasty, all the better to fit his nose up the presidential fascist butt.

Too late for Brown. He might as well arrange for a moving van scheduled for the end of his term. Or maybe he can start making loaded trips in his pick up truck now, and avoid the rush.

“homosexuals, as a group or subculture, can and do turn against their country simply on account of the nature of homosexuality and its hostile attitude toward the existing moral order”

True, and bears repeating.

The problem with DADT is that folks always know who has a girlfriend back home, a wife, a child. Do you wear a wedding ring? Carry a photo of your spouse in your wallet? There are a multitude of ways "normal" people communicate they're heterosexuality

Are you "normal"? You seem to have a problem with "normal" but no problems with homosexual sex? Seems quite abnormal to me.

Let me assist you -Homosexual sex is abnormal. Log that into your mind...

The report and the results are very skewed.

Only 28% responded. Of those 28% 60+% lived off base or in private quarters. Only 9% Combat Arms responded.

The majority of the responses were neutral (no answer) actual yes or no... I think it was 9% positive 15% negative.

The polls were only given in the US, Japan and Germany.

25% of respondents said that allowing gays serve would cause them to rethink re-ups, 12% said they would not re-up.

One of the most revealing things is, while they keep touting the 70% number, when you dig deeper, over 60% say they would alter their shower times, etc. and would ask to be moved if an open gay was assigned a room with them. That basically negates the 70% approval rate and falls more in line with those that approve @9%, making it more likely those 60% did not directly answer.

Oh, well, I always knew that he wouldn’t be in our corner all the time. I supported his candidacy for its propoganda value as much as anything else.

For anyone that supports the removal of DADT they ought to make sure they have lived on a 6 month deployment in the male bething compartments onboard ship before they make such hasty pronouncements.

The bottom line is if Gays can serve OPENLY then males and females ought to be able to co-habitate onboard ship, there is absolutely no difference allowing any set of humans that gets sexually aroused around another set of human beings to cohabitate is detrimental to good order and discipline.
