Look at this charge!

“Inciting a riot by gathering a reported five supporters to video the arrest attempt.”

The Justice Department would be responsible for a treason trial. Who is this yutz who thinks he can even be foreman?

‘Citizen’s Arrest’?

Barney Fife tried that once or twice, if I recall...

How weird. And what the heck was this guy supposed to do? I guess if he said, “Ok the President should be arrested for Treason” he would have been fine and the guy wouldn’t have arrested him. Sometimes I find it very amazing how people get themselves into these situations. I can’t for the life of me think of any scenario that would result in me going to jail. I just can’t see the average person making a citizen’s arrest because they don’t claim that the President should be arrested for treason. Perhaps having a conversation about it should have been all that was necessary. VERY STRANGE STORY.

Sounds like a bogus charge to me.

It was dismissed before the trial but scarey how they will add something like that onto what was described as a 'peaceful' intervention. I mean, don't you have to have a riot before you get charged with inciting a riot?

That was Gomer. Barney was the deputy.

...but now that my auditory memory is playing back the VOICE in which the words were spoken, I think you are correct.

It’s DEFINITELY Gomer’s voice, not barney’s, that has been ‘seared, SEARED’ into my memory saying those words.

The Sheriff should arrest the Judge and the foreman and free the citizen.

Retired Navy Officer Fitzpatrick’s only mistake was the ill-advised citizens arrest. He should have simply filed a Federal Lawsuit for the Grand Jury Foreman’s refusal to accept his criminal information for indictment of BO.

Mr. Duncan should be made aware of these facts about the State of Tennessee as well.

In Darren Huff’s interview with Arlen Williams, he stated that an FBI agent came to his home in Georgia and gave him the clear impression that what he planned to do in Monroe County, Tennessee on 4-20-10 was lawful. If the FBI agent considered what Mr. Huff was doing was a threat to the safety of the people of Monroe County, he had a legal obligation to advise Mr. Huff accordingly.

By secretly moving a 200+ man SWAT Team into Monroe County to police 20 peaceful protesters, the Tennessee authorities did, in fact, create a threat to everyone in Monroe County and that area of Tennessee.

I am certainly thankful that I never have to travel on 1-75 between Chattanooga and Knoxville, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

According to recent crime reports, Tennessee is one of the most dangerous States in America. Nashville is now the 7th most dangerous city in America and Memphis is the number one most dangerous city in America

Monroe County, TN is famous for corruption allegations.

Just recently, the Monroe County Election Commission chairman Jim Miller, was found murdered in the trunk of a burning car.

Who was the chief suspect?

Why Monroe County Sheriff’s Capt. Kenny Hope, of course.

http://advocateanddemocrat.com/story/20583

The Sheriff was ‘cleared’ by the local district attorney. Then the DA went before a judge and tried to hide the autopsy report from the public

What is even more interesting in this murder case, is the Monroe Sheriff who was cleared in the murder, has been fired.

“A Monroe County sheriff’s deputy who was cleared in a murder investigation in July has been fired over an unrelated incident.

The paper referred to a police report that said Hope was found standing in Dyer Street holding a club with the smell of alcohol on him.

Police had responded to a report of a man with a gun.”

You can’t make this stuff up folks. It should be a reality TV show.
