Retired Navy Officer Fitzpatrick’s only mistake was the ill-advised citizens arrest. He should have simply filed a Federal Lawsuit for the Grand Jury Foreman’s refusal to accept his criminal information for indictment of BO.

Only mistake? That’s a lot like saying that Jeffery Dahmer’s only mistake was not cleaning his plate. Trying to arrest the jury foreman wasn’t a simple mistake, or error in judgement, it was a billboard announcing this guy’s lack of sanity to the world.
