That’s great. But will we stop sending our kids to these re-education camps?
Will we have insurrection over the billions of tax dollars poured into these cesspools?
Oh, no! “Because I want my son on the football team...blah, blah, blah.”
I do my best not to purchase anything with a “greenie” label on it, especially food. I know, I know, I’m fighting windmills. But, if it’s sugar free, fat free, salt free, flavor free, organic, chemical warfare free, and has any green on the label, I say, “Drop dead.”
I figure I’ve consumed enough artificial preservatives I will live forever.
So there!
This is probably old news by new, but there is a post on the Gateway Pundit site that reads:

UPDATE: SCPS Statement Re: Alleged Ban
of Red & Green at Heathrow Elementary
November 29, 2010
The school district of Seminole County would like to correct the recent
news stories regarding the ban of red and green at Heathrow
Elementary School in Lake Mary, Florida. The banning of red and green
is simply not true.
Out of respect for their diverse community, the common practice for December classroom activities has been a winter theme which can include red, green, or any color.
Unfortunately the principal of the school was not contacted by any parent prior to the news stories. Parents are encouraged to contact the principal with any questions relating to school policies and practices.

So, not sure what this room mom was referring to or if she cares to come forward with some proof of any memo or communication, but seems it was maybe it’s a non-story after all.
Making the school safe for Kwanzaa.
I insist the schools ban red yellow green and black- Kwanzaa truly does offend me
ban green twice because it is the color of islam and a reminder of beliefs that I dont share and that may offened me
and blue and white - because I am not Jewish and do not want to be offended that others are
SARC
where does it end?
Looks like the kids will be wearing pink purple and brown this month
Maybe they should wear Xmas colors and pine trees and say they’re Minnesota Wild fans. Works for me!
“Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of shit by the clean end.”
If it was my kid’s school, my children would demand to wear green and red each day PLUS jingle bell earrings and anything else you could think of. Of course, I am raising hooligan radicals.
No red and green for Christmas, means no Hannukah blue and gold also, right?
Right?
They didn’t ban green or red colors according to one of the comments. They are going to have a winter theme, however.
Christmas is the most important time of the year for atheists.
Pray for America
Does this outlaw fire extinguishers and live plants in the school? Heaven forbid the kids draw a firetruck!
By banning certain colors, somebody’s radiating DUMB in Floriduh.
Red and green are “Christmas colors”. Did they ban the Mexican flag? Some kid should put a picture of Jesus on a Mexican flag, wrap it around him and wear it to school. The school officials would have to call a special meeting to decide what to do.
Ask the school officials if they should ban any Muslim students attending from praying. See what would happen if they did.
Parents, etc. should go to the school and say “by banning Christmas you are offending ME.” Tolerance means tolerating any religion—other than perhaps when people crash planes into buildings to praise Allah, THAT is a bit too far. What happened to multi-culturalism? Aren’t we supposed to be teaching kids about this big world of ours?
Go to the teacher and say, “I don’t want you talking about global warming. My son and I are very offended by it.”
(For that matter, Mr. Gore’s beliefs have pretty much turned into a religion too)
Or how about this: Tell them you don’t want a gay-straight alliance to meet on school grounds. Tell them you are
offended. See what the reaction is.
Just sayin’.
Just think what message it sends to Christian children when school authorities treat their cultural beliefs in this way ... to even stigmatize the colors Green and Red?
and no, I do NOT believe the school did not convey this “banned color” message to the teachers, no matter what they say now that they’ve been exposed
and just how many other cultural beliefs are hidden under a bushel by the school systems, so no one is offended by them?
(crickets)
I AM OFFENDED!!!! But I guess a Christian doesn’t count.
Red and green are not just Christmas colors. Let see what red and green are colors for.
Red-Communism
Green-Environmental Wackos, Islamists
Red and green is often a color for radical leftists.
Does that mean that the school will ban Canadians and all reference to Canada because they had the Red/Green show?

That offends me!!!!
Tyranny by a minority. Why doesn’t the majority get offended and slap this down?
