A federal judge in Virginia on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit challenging the landmark healthcare law championed by President Barack Obama, upholding key provisions that require health insurance coverage.
The challenge, one of several attempting to strike down the law passed earlier this year, was brought by the conservative Christian Liberty University and individuals who said the law would violate several parts of the U.S. Constitution.
U.S. District Judge Norman Moon ruled that the law requiring individuals to buy health insurance coverage as well as requiring employers to buy coverage for their employees was legal under the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

We need to start randomly testing these so called “judges” for drugs.
This needs to happen to that horrible food control bill as well.

‘’legal under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.’’. Bullsh!t it is judge. It’s no more legal under the Constitution than it’s legal to own a human being.
A Clinton appointee issues another clueless BS ruling...on to the 4th Circuit!
Virtually everything can be justified by the Commerce Clause. Ugh.
So now he Moons us!
.

Well, you get the idea.

Yeah, Bill Clintoon: the bentdicked gift that just keeps on giving. :-(

This is just one of MANY challenges.
This is all performance theater. The Supreme Court will determine the constitutionality of ObamaCare. It is past time for the ever-expanding Commerce Clause be reined in while there is a shred of liberty left for the people.
Moon was nominated by President Bill Clinton on October 8, 1997, to a seat vacated by Jackson L. Kiser.

Wanna have some fun and get the country back? Let’s have an amendment to impose limits on the Commerce Clause. Sixteen words that have been used to justify half of the DC bureacracy and billions of dollars of unnecessary government spending and intrusion.
Before Thanksgiving there was a thread that said the Obama admin was preparing for a big loss in the court. Seemingly it was a NY TImes article saying that they had weighed the law suit and saw a real threat. I hope this was not that case.
Another judge who sounds like he is part of the communists clan.
