Incredible. It took the Chief Justice of the FL Supremos to remind fellow blackrobes that this isn't the old Soviet Union where trials are sequestered from public view.

And did you notice that there is not one mention of any penalty for not complying with the order.

I think the chief justice was trying to LOOK like he was doing something.

Remember the FL SC came up with the rocket docket in order to reduce the forclosure dockets by 60%!! (but its not a quota...really...he means it)

Unless the litigants bring their court reporters to the courtroom (this is civil not criminal) judges are free to abuse law and people.
