Apparently judges have been so agressive in keeping the public out of the foreclosure courts (especially the rocket dockets) that it has forced the hand of the FL SC chief justice to publicly remind the various courts that in FL the courtroom is open to the public.
Will this change anything? doubtful.

Incredible. It took the Chief Justice of the FL Supremos to remind fellow blackrobes that this isn't the old Soviet Union where trials are sequestered from public view.

IMO it is now more doubtful the courts' officers can deny any pro se litigant defense against improper procedures of foreclosure.
If it's not done per the letter of the law and open to justifiable scrutiny, it ought be barred from the courts..
