I am David is a great movie. Too bad it bombed in the box office.
I know some hate it, but the Harry Potter movies are loaded with conservatism. Old fashioned family values, where people mistrust a powerful government and instead count on friends and family for the help they need. The overreaching intrusiveness of government and power. The fifth book is huge for the second amendment.
I am of the opinion that all those kids that read Harry Potter are going to be ripe for conservative ideals.
One that makes my list is Shiloh:

Michael Moriarty is just excellent in his part.
Another unintentional conservative movie is the Star Wars movies especially III and IV, even though I knew that in III George Lucas wanted it to be allegory for the EEEVVVILLL Bush, but the Clone Wars, Palpatines rise to Power and the oppressive Empire are all tricks that LEFTISTS use. In episode IV their is a deleted scene where one of Luke Skywalkers friends talk about the Nationalization of Commerce and how that will drive his uncle out of business.
Teaches that actions have consequences, hard work does get you somewhere, and respect is earned. Also teaches that the world doesn't give anything to you just because you show up and want it.
The Lion King may be about monarchy, but it does a great job of showing how bad a selfish, unresponsive, and incompetent regime can be for the overall health of a nation.
The Lion King has powerful conservative themes.
Scar, the bad lion, tells Simba “Truth is in the eye of the beholder” during the climax of the movie. This statement of relativism is clearly portrayed as wrong.
Also, the resolution to the problem in the storyline is that Simba has to grow up and face responsibility.
In general, the ideas in the movie are contrary to notions of egalitarianism.
How did Mary Poppins get on there? She’s a witch and she made the hard-working father into a goof-off who shirked his job at the end of the movie.
A better choice would be The Sound of Music.
Kiki’s Delivery Service
A good one, if anyone could find it, would be “A Boy Ten Feet Tall.”
Always objected to one message in “The Incredibles:” “Work hard, develop amazing gadgets, and you’ll still never be the equal to people born with natural talent.” Or something like that...
Master and Commander is an awesome movie... but how is it considered a kids’ movie?
Master and Commander is one of my all time favorite movies. The lesson of using your optimum resources against the worst odds, is a grand lesson for all.
I’d like to see the top 10 kids movies with *overt* conservative messages, along with a healthy dose of skits, plays, and comedy shows to poke fun at PC nannies, liberals, the media, and big government types. They are so ripe for exposure and ridicule it’s not even funny.
TANGLED (Rapunzel)

I really liked Fantastic Mr. Fox. Best movie I saw this past year.
And all of the C.S. Lewis films so far.
And if you want good, innocent entertainment at home for small kids, I would suggest the several videos of Shaun the Sheep. Our grandchildren really love it.
Mostly a very weak list. Why do we assume that relatively recent Hollywood dreck produced for “children” is what children should watch? Other than The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, mine haven’t seen any of this and won’t. They have, however, seen High Noon, Treasure of the Sierra Madre, and The Picture of Dorian Gray. You want conservative messages? Show them films like that - not the candy-coated crap from the last two generations of Hollyweird libs.

As A young lad it convinced me of two things:
1) Enviromental wackos were indeed mental
2) They would kill us all if they got the chance over a plant.
Nanny McPhee, the first one, is a nice movie. Importance of family and good manners and all.
