I remember every Presidential election night going back to President Kennedy.
Oh want a night when Reagan was elected, how proud it was to be American.
Reagan went though all the same things Palin is going though, Can't win the General, Rinos didn't want him, Reagan, always behind in the polls, too divisive, the Bushes didn't like him, The democrates and Carter wanted him to win because he was the easiest to win!
I love when History repeats itself!!!!
Then Reagan was reelected by such a great landslide.
I was just as happy when we thought “W” won” in 2000. Fox called it around 1:30 pm I think. I hated Al Gore. I remember doing a jig with my mother (in her seventies), which she hadn't done ever before. We then started to freak out when they pulled the call back. Well the dems didn't get to steal it. Then 2004 was such a great night beating the corpse-man John Kerry and Bush was the first President in over 100 years not to lose any seat in the house and senate!
But on November 6th, 2012, when I hear “Ladies and Gentleman, President Elect Sarah Palin” !!!!!!
WOW. Oh want A Night!! It will be the Happiest I have ever been on a election night!/
REAGAN WAS GREAT BUT HIS SUPREM COURT PICKS, WILL NEVER BE AS GOOD AS PALIN'S WILL BE!!
(They say you have to visualize something before it happens.)
Will anyone else feel like this?
This thread is for Palin lovers only!
If a troll or Palin hater posts, please skip post and treat like it was CNN or MSNBC. Change the Station and just ignore.
Did she announce?
I’m in.
I clicked on this thread just for the halibut.
I honestly believe she is the best candidate we have as of now, and she could most certainly handle the job.
You should change your name to OhioPalinFan... lol
Okey Dokey - Add Me!!!
I read her book last year and very much enjoyed it. I also watch her show and am hopeful she will run for office again someday soon. She is brilliant in keeping in the press so much lately.
Regarding the presidency though, I am troubled that she did not finish her full term as Governor. I understand the lawsuits etc and the fact she did complete 2 terms as mayor, but we really need a supreme leader with fortitude.
Being she is a TEA party fav coupled with the serious lack of good GOP candidates out there right now (who are willing to run), I am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt on the half-term. But would prefer she run for VP again in 2012. This would give her time to work on her presentation and polish what I believe is a political diamond in the rough.
I'm already planning on taking the day after election day off. I figure I'll be up late celebrating, may wrap-around and celebrate well into the next day.
Oh Want a Night?
One thing they can take to the bank; I WILL NOT SUPPORT OR VOTE FOR ANY MORE DAMNED RINOS!
It's time to treat Potomac Fever like smallpox, quarantine it and wipe it out!
What about freepers who aren’t sure who they want?
When did she announce?
Sure, I’ll play.
Keep this in your back pocket:

The brutal reality of America is that an aristocracy has developed in Washington against the wishes of the founders of this country. The Republican Party “insiders” are just as deep in the corruption and aristocratic thinking as the liberal elites. If anyone ever needed convincing of the deep disregard in which the aristocracy holds the serfs, the “insiders’” reaction to the Tea Party movement answered that question. In such an atmosphere of aristocratic minds, who else would be able to cut them down to size and remind them that they work for the people of America? Would Romney, with his own aristocratic flair and his own version of Obamacare, be willing to curtail the reach of the aristocrats into our lives? Would politician-turned-talk show host Huckabee be willing to rein in the very people who supported him in his political life? Sarah Palin is one of few politicians who have fearlessly taken on the establishment, both Democrat and Republican, with a consistent message about the enforcement of the constitution and the returning of government to the people.[snip]

Count me in!
I like her very much. She’s my favorite candidate right now and right now she’s just as much a candidate as anyone else. No one has announced.
The only thing that scares me about her is the hate she inspires in lefties.
It’s beyond hate, it’s almost insanity. I know those types won’t vote for any Republican for president, especially a conservative, but would Palin hate give them more drive and incentive to vote if she ran.
I’m willing to take the chance because she is so good, but it does scare me a little.
