Sarah is the only one that I can truly see getting into the White House and shaking up Washington like no one else ever did. She’s warned about if she gets there she’s going to do things. Things the pols will have a hard time with.

Not to be picky here but “I will CONSIDER running for President....” does not come even close to a “Promise”. A promise starts like this: I promise to .....

That is why I will raise $2 million dollars for her campaign and I urge everyone here to do whatever they can to make sure she is the nominee and elected.

(Thanks for posting the article.)

“to do the job “

AND that’s what it’s all about ladies and gentleman. Doing the JOB.

Unfortunately, many of our Presidents think it is like an OSCAR. They WON, then they live out their life in luxury, traveling the world on a non-stop vacation.

To US it’s a JOB, to them it’s the opportunity to have unlimited power and rule over others.

Good article.
`The Republican Party “insiders” are just as deep in the corruption and aristocratic thinking as the liberal elites.’

See: Romney, McCain, Graham, Lugar, Rove, Dubya and all the rest of the GOP “moderates.”
Six of one or a half dozen “progressives.”

First really nail-on-the-head Palin piece I've seen. This guy repeats everything i have said here about Sarah over the past yaer-and-a-half, and added in some new exceptional reasons why she's the only one.

Madame President..... mmm, mmm, mmmMMM!

Just in case you didn't already see it...here is an excerpt from an article yesterday that proves the American aristocracy is in cahoots - right or left is just an illusion created to fool the people who end up paying the bills:

Here is a table of all eight lawmakers whose 2009 personal financial disclosure forms, which were filed in May, noted holdings in L-3 Communications, along with the minimum and maximum value of these holdings, according to the Center’s research.

Name Value

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) $500,001 to $1,000,000

Rep. Michael Castle (R-Del) $16,002 to $65,000

Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas) $16,002 to $65,000

Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Ill.) $15,001 to $50,000

Rep. Ron Klein (D-Fla.) $1,001 to $15,000

Rep. Robert Scott (D-Va.) $1,001 to $15,000

Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) $2,173

Rep. Kenny Marchant (R-Texas) $2,086

The government’s investment in full-body scanners has broadened since the “underwear bomber’s” failed terrorism attempt last Christmas. Days later, L-3 Communications was awarded a $165 million contract for the machines, and another company, RapiScan, was also awarded a $173 million contract.

Both companies have seen significant jumps in their federal lobbying expenses since just a few years ago, and both are employing officials with well-heeled government connections, as OpenSecrets Blog previously reported.

For instance, RapiScan utilizes the services of Michael Chertoff, the secretary of Homeland Security under Republican President George W. Bush. And former Republican Sen. Alfonse D’Amato (R-N.Y.) and Linda Daschle, the wife of former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle (D-S.D.), are both actively lobbying for L-3 Communications.

I’m so sick of these “No one but Sarah” articles. Seriously, NO ONE? Why not Mitch Daniels, Governor of Indiana? He’s actually been a Governor for more than two years and never hitched his caboose to the train wreck known as the Straight Talk Express.

“Palin is utterly fearless, willing to take on her own party, the other party, the Federal Reserve, and anyone else who needs to be taken on to forward the interest of America.”

It’s tough to say it any better than that.

President Sarah Palin will make us proud.

This is an excellent piece highlighting Palin's greatest strengths as a potential candidate. The author does overstate the case on occasion, as when he trumpets her communication skills, where limited vocabulary and rhetorical prowess sometimes hamper her effectiveness; and her depth of policy knowledge, which is still a work in progress. But he clearly recognizes Palin's ability to transcend the insular, aristocratic world of Washington, DC as represented by members of both major parties.

The last thing America needs is another establishment "insider" leading us toward bigger government while promising to contain it, when we all know: they never keep that promise. It is early yet, but who else is out there right now, standing every day athwart the power brokers and promising a return to limited, constitutional government but Sarah Palin?

I have my concerns about her, and I have voiced them here, sometimes at the risk of being "flamed". But let's pay her the earned compliment of having raised the possibility that our nation may once again be led by someone who comes from the real America that exists outside of the Harvard Club.

I can't think of a single reason

Oh, sure. Not a single reason. I'm sure ambition never entered your mind, much less Sarah Palin's.

The author is a credulous nitwit.

Too many words. Keep It Simple Stupid.

President Palin wouldn't merely encourage young women by being the first female president; she would be a great president. Palin is not Reagan, but she could be just as great as Reagan.

Agreed.

Best thing she should do right now is to take steps to make sure her candidacy doesn’t effectively deliver the nomination to Romney.

The best piece I have read....says it all, and I predict many will realize it's correct

"...help us Sarah, you're our only hope...." or more accurately, "Please run, we will stand behind you and together we will restore America...."
