The next step in tightened security could be on U.S. public transportation, trains and boats.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says terrorists will continue to look for U.S. vulnerabilities, making tighter security standards necessary.
“[Terrorists] are going to continue to probe the system and try to find a way through,” Napolitano said in an interview that aired Monday night on "Charlie Rose."
“I think the tighter we get on aviation, we have to also be thinking now about going on to mass transit or to trains or maritime. So, what do we need to be doing to strengthen our protections there?”

But now they are acting like it. All this for “feelings”.
This is AMERICA; American citizens are NOT presumed GUILTY until proven innocent. America is NOT Nazi Germany, neither is it a POLICE STATE.
Law suits and a constitutional challenge must be filed and mounted at once in order to stop this open attack upon American citizens by our own government.
The new Congress must act immediately in order to put a halt to this madness.
I think Janet indicated she would never allow a pat down but she is willing to submit to a patricia down 1000 times a day.

It is not terrorism they are searching for. It is drugs and guns they hunting. We are all to be searched w/o a warrent in the name of preventing Islamic terrorism. We are to live in one big prison society and we are the inmates.

MSM was gloating today because no one participated in the ‘opt out’ that was largely publicized.
So are we going to roll over like beached whales? Really, I’m rather confused to the reaction of my fellow US citizen who will lay down their rights in order to get from point A to point B. Someone please explain to me why there are those that will allow, not only groping but borderline molestation, on their person and worse yet, their children.
