Sources tell ABC News that intelligence has picked up terrorists discussing the use of prosthetic or medical devices to conceal explosives. The revelation comes as the White House today acknowledged that the implementation of new security measures at airports hasn't gone perfectly.
Americans by a 2-to-1 margin support the use of naked image full-body x-ray scanners in airport security lines, but fewer than half back aggressive new pat-down procedures, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll. Opposition to both rises among those who fly with any frequency.
The Transportation Security Administration has come under fire for new body scanners and what some say are highly invasive pat-downs.
Thomas Sawyer, a bladder cancer survivor, said he was humiliated after a pat-down broke his urostomy bag, leaving the 61-year-old covered in his own urine. Sawyer said he warned the TSA officials twice that the pat-down could break the seal.

This administration won’t be happy until every one who flies is:
1). naked
2). knocked out with sedatives
3). chained to their seat
What indication have they (Homeland Security/WH) given that they won’t go there???
I wonder if they could do a prostate exam while they’re up there - at least it would save a doctor bill.
Not guilty. Send her to my house.
Military, elected officials, doctors, lawyers, scientists - not your usual hijacker/suicide bomber. Young military age student, unemployed, former radical, anti American, foreign associations, middle name Hussein.. .. .. yes, they should have checked a young 0bama!

BOHICA.
Terrorist attacks are not stopped and security checkpoints - they’re stopped through intelligence-gathering. If our intelligence apparatus hadn’t been gutted by Clinton, 9/11 would never have happened (box cutters were certainly acceptable to fly with at the time). “Security” didn’t stop Richard Reid or the Christmas bomber or the cargo bombing attempts - those situations required alert bystanders to show their heroism. It was intelligence gathering, cultivation of informants and deep under cover work that made it possible to avert the cargo disasters, as well as threats to Fort Dix and the outlandish plot to blow up JFK via petroleum gas lines. Pan Am wasn’t brought down by a passenger. Neither was TWA 800. The passenger bombings in Russia were committed by Chechnyan women with bombs in their vaginas. How do you screen for that?
So far, I count a total of ZERO past terrorist attacks that would have been stopped by molesting passengers or passing them through the NakedVision.
Well, DUH!!! And guess what? The aggressive molestations and x-rays won’t show any of these things. So what’s next with the TSA, body cavity searches?
...part of the new healthcare plan. /sarc
Yes, and once there is no air travel, the 19,000 TSA prcotologists will be used to replace the physicians that quit because of ObamaCare.
See, how easy is that....

And what will be the co-pay?
It’s not “this” administration. The number one salesman of these machines is Chertoff, W’s TSA chief. He’s making millions. The pat downs are simply to make you “want” to use the machine so they can sell more of them to the taxpayer.
Yep, and the CEO of the company is a friend of BOs.
Hilarious!
Okay, I’m going to do the internet equivalent of shouting—not at you, just shouting:
WHY ISN’T THE TSA’S BEHAVIOR ALREADY THE SUBJECT OF A 4TH AMENDMENT LAW SUIT SEEKING AN INJUNCTION FORBIDDING BOTH THE USE OF BACKSCATTER X-RAYS AND INTRUSIVE PAT-DOWNS WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE????!!!
There, I’m done.
Amazing, isn’t it. How “we the people” sit back and write checks to the politicians and their friends.
From what I have heard, Soros is also invested in these scanners.
Terry V. Ohio the court ruled that a cop cannot do a pat down unless the suspect is displaying “unusual behavior”. I’m sure the TSA will say refusing an xray is “unusual”.
On the xray, if these machines can “see through” clothes they must be more powerful than hospital xray machines. And the techs in hospitals stand behind lead walls. And so do dentists.
