Sources tell ABC News that intelligence has picked up terrorists discussing the use of prosthetic or medical devices to conceal explosives. The revelation comes as the White House today acknowledged that the implementation of new security measures at airports hasn't gone perfectly.
Americans by a 2-to-1 margin support the use of naked image full-body x-ray scanners in airport security lines, but fewer than half back aggressive new pat-down procedures, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll. Opposition to both rises among those who fly with any frequency.
The Transportation Security Administration has come under fire for new body scanners and what some say are highly invasive pat-downs.
Thomas Sawyer, a bladder cancer survivor, said he was humiliated after a pat-down broke his urostomy bag, leaving the 61-year-old covered in his own urine. Sawyer said he warned the TSA officials twice that the pat-down could break the seal.

Somehow I think Bush would have handled this differently.
The obvious solution is to subject every Muslim to a full cavity search after making them walk through a field of radiation and giving them pat downs, including removal of every prosthesis and checking for explosives in the breasts and balls. Then, just to be on the safe side, do what everyone was suggesting a few days ago, and make them pass through a sealed vault that will cause any explosive to detonate and detect any chemical or bacterial weapons. Make travel so miserable for Muslims that Muslims will start to terrorize the terrorists who are causing them to be terrorized by our government.
But how to stop the bad people?
Besides all of the obvious spy and military operations, there is the time honored custom of tit for tat.
But what if these terrorists don't tell us where they came from or who supplied them?
Then every time a nonattributable terrorist act is committed drop at least one bomb on every country that doesn't actively oppose terrorism and terrorist groups.
Cargo and maintenance crews...... deliveries and food prep.
Why the fools in charge don’t see the real danger is beyond me.

Why not profile f’ng muslims and stick a rod up their a** to check it out? Why go after children, old ladies and old men? They are the only ones the stupid TSA nazis can catch. The TSA is just another government failure.
OK so take every single middle eastern looking man woman and child aside and give them a thorough examination. Maybe that will cause them at last to see what their “peaceful brothers” have done. Leave grandma and grandpa and all other ordinary Americans alone. Has there been a terrorist that doesn’t look middle eastern? These idiots need to profile.
I agree, but you need to add non-middle easterners who are Muslims.
It is not that hard to compile a database of Muslims living in USA.
Homeland Security has hundreds of thousands employees who are doing nothing.
Let the so-called peaceful Muslims complain and maybe these so-called peaceful Muslims will take care of the terrorists themselves.
We have been giving the so-called “peaceful Muslims” a free ride for too long.
