[We are still trying to create an honest yet tough following.]

It's not about creating a "following".

It's about empowering AMERICAN Individuals, for whom Almighty God hath created the mind FREE - with the ability to perceive self-evident Truths FOR THEMSELVES.

It's a process of reformation that requires articulate recognition of the American First Principles; the foundational American Ideals that are written in stone on the walls here:

That is the purpose of the American Tea Party - both in 1776 and present; NOT creating a "Following" for a bunch of jackwagons who've confused leadership with marketing and control.

I am not in favor of the GOP Proud position. I don’t claim that they represent the tea party in any way shape or form. Same for the pro-abortionists. I think those people are particularly evil. I am not advocating any one “letting them in.”

I completely understand you are not in favor of leftist, progressive anti American agendas. On that subject we are in agreement.

The tea party coalition of people is influential right now because we are deep and wide and 100% united in our conviction that the government is too big, it is too intrusive, and taxes are too high. We desperately need a large coalition to hold the politicians accountable on spending and scope of government.

What I would suggest is that the tea party is a grass roots bottom up ground swell where we see Americans becoming engaged in public discourse and wanting to return ship America to a proper course.

In this free market of ideas and search for solutions ALL ideas should be heard and ALL ideas should be judged as legitimate and or valuable based upon the merits alone.

What we see here with this call for "limits" e.g. leave morality at home is an attempt to prevent some ideas from even being presented. This call for putting a leash on the tea party is primarily coming form the left -what are they afraid of?

My point is that if the tea party as a force is as "intelligent" and successful as it would seem it has been then why does it need a leash put on it now?

I say have faith in the tea party and the American people DO NOT become a useful idiot supporting those who wish to put a leash on the tea party and turn it into just another establishment lap dog...

NOTHING should be off the table!

FREEDOM!!!

The elites would see that as a mandate to let them get into more debt.

Exactly so.

It is now, has always been and always will be an expenditure, not a revenue problem.

True story.

Before his death Michael Jackson had an annual income of $25 Million from royalties on his record copyrights. (He owned the Beatles Archive among other things)

Somehow, he still managed to pile up an outstanding debt of some $50 Million to the point his creditors had begun to sue for their outstanding balance.

Last I heard his his estate had just about paid down his debt because he was NO LONGER ALIVE TO CONTINUE HIS PROFLIGATE LIFESTYLE.

Expenditure, not income is the important point.

Best regards,
